I love flowers and I love making things! My sister is a baker,. A few years back she
showed me some flowers she was putting on a cake of hers. "Well", I said, "I can do that!".
After hours and hours (and then some more hours), I was finally able to make a sugar flower .

What started with one flower has blossomed into thousands of flowers every month! I especially love
making the flowers you just can't find anywhere else, like the Helleborus (Lenton Rose) and the Daffodil.
Over the years, I have developed an extensive knowledge about sugar flowers and flower arrangements. It has become a passion of mine to share my knowledge and expertise with others. I love teaching, educating and providing workshops on how to make sugar flowers.
There is nothing quite like the satifaction of making something out of nothing!
