Payment, Shipping Policies & Procedures:
Creative Sugar Flowers places a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders via PayPal.
You may also call 1-719-337-7967 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
Refunds:
All orders paid for via PayPal are subject to a full refund upon request minus any and all PayPal fees.
Address Requirements:
Creative Sugar Flowers uses USPS and UPS Ground and Fedex as our preferred methods of shipping. Other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Therefore please provide both physical address AND P.O. Box information for all packages! Be sure that your ship to address is accurate! All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Creative Sugar Flowers reserves the right to pass this $18 re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs redirected, you will be charged for that added service.
Shipping Methods:
You have the choice of the below shipping methods, select the one that best fits your needs. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and all holidays are not considered delivery days.
USPS Shipping rates will be given during checkout.
UPS GROUND Deliverer's in 3 - 5 business days (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.
FEDEX Express
Shipping rates vary. You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping methods during checkout. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box. You will be supplied your tracking number or delivery confirmation number so you have constant access to your package information.
Other Shipping Information:
Creative Sugar Flowers is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it my take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Creative Sugar Flowers . We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Creative Sugar Flowers will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. Creative Sugar Flowers has no control over a carrier’s decision if your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If this happens the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Creative Sugar Flowers for any reason, no refund will be issued.
At Creative Sugar Flowers , we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, please contact customer service within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one). All refunds are issued as store credits to be used on your next purchase and all returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise instructed. All shipping charges incurred for returns, exchanges or replacements will be at your expense. If you need to return any item, please contact us for details.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. Creative Sugar Flowers will never sell your information or allow it's use in any way other than for billing purposes.
